Terms and conditions
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms cover your use of How Many? (“the service”), an inventory and profit tracker for resellers, run by Cristian Gaudino in Ireland (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Access
Anyone 18 or over can create an account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
2. Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
3. Your content
Everything you add (items, photos, lots, sales and settings) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can provide the service to you. We never sell it or use it for advertising.
You confirm you have the right to upload the photos and information you add.
Each account can keep up to 1,000 photos. Near that limit, the listing photos of your oldest posted items are deleted to make room, and those items are marked as such. Receipts and proof of sale or posting are never deleted this way.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, including recording stolen or counterfeit goods;
- try to access another person’s data or any part of the service you haven’t been given access to;
- disrupt, overload or probe the service for weaknesses, or scrape, copy or reverse-engineer it.
5. Not financial, tax or legal advice
Profit, margins, insights and platform thresholds in the app are worked out from what you enter, and the guides and calculators on this website are general information. All of it is for your information only, and none of it is accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your own records, your returns and any obligations you have to any authority.
6. Availability
The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we don’t promise it will always be available, error-free or unchanged. Keep your own records and exports of anything important.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or sales, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data, as set out in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may close the service, giving reasonable notice where we can so you can export your data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, though if you are a consumer you keep any mandatory protections of the country you live in.
