What makes it different

A spreadsheet stops at sale price minus cost. How Many? is built for the way second-hand stock is really bought and sold: by the bag, in bundles, with the odd return, across several platforms at once.

Questions resellers ask

Is it free?
Yes, with no limit on items. Everything How Many? does today is free. Paid extras like AI listing help may come later; what’s free now stays free.
Which platforms does it work with?
Vinted, eBay, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and sales in person are built in, and you can add your own. Each sale records where it sold, so you can see which platform pays best.
Is my data private, and can I export it?
Your stock and sales are yours: other sellers never see them, and your data is never sold or used for advertising. You can download everything at any time: items, lots and sales as spreadsheets, plus a full export of your data.
Can I import my spreadsheet?
Yes. Download the template, fill it in from your own sheet and upload it. You see every problem by row before anything is saved, up to 500 items at a time.
Can someone help me with it?
Yes. Invite them by link from More, and they sign in with their own account. A partner can have full access. A helper can add, list, sell and post, but never sees costs or profit.
Does it list on Vinted for me?
No. Vinted doesn’t allow automated listing. How Many? gives you the listing text to copy and your photos to save, so posting takes a minute.
How do lots and bundles work?
A lot is one purchase split into items: enter the total and the cost is shared out. A bundle is the other way round: several items sold for one price, split across them by their list prices.
